DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSE
Our Products are digital documents delivered electronically. All Products are provided on a non-exclusive license basis for use within your own company only, without any right to re-license, sublicense, distribute, resell, assign or transfer the license or the documents themselves. You may customize, brand, and use the documents in the ordinary operation of your own security business; you may not share, publish, or resell them, in original or modified form, to any other party.
DELIVERY POLICY
Products are delivered by email immediately after purchase: your order confirmation includes secure download links, which expire after 30 days for security reasons. Your purchase itself never expires — you may request a fresh set of links at any time, free of charge, using the self-service form on our thank-you page (links are only ever sent to the original purchase email address), or by emailing info@startasecuritycompany.com. Orders that include the customization service are fulfilled personally; we will contact you for your company details and logo, and delivery of the customized package may take up to three business days.
REFUND POLICY — 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We stand behind our Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@startasecuritycompany.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full. Refunds are issued through our payment processor to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Upon refund, the license granted above terminates and you agree to delete all copies of the refunded Products. Customization-service fees are refundable only before customization work has begun; for Professional orders (which include the customization service), refunds requested after your customized package has been delivered are reduced by the value of the customization service ($149).
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Your card details are entered on and processed by Stripe's secure checkout — we never see, receive, or store your card number. Charges will appear on your statement as START SECURITY COMPANY.
CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE
If your order includes our customization service, the company details, logo, and other materials you supply are used solely to prepare your customized documents. They are stored securely, are never published or shared with third parties, and are never added to our marketing materials without your written permission.

What we collect and why. When you purchase a Product, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, and payment details to process the transaction; we receive your name, email address, and order details — never your card number — and use them to deliver your purchase and provide support. When you submit our contact or newsletter forms, we receive the information you enter (handled by our hosting provider, Netlify) and use it only to respond to you or send you the newsletter you requested. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our site.
We protect your information. We work to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with anyone outside of Startasecuritycompany.com, Inc. and the service providers named above, which process it only on our behalf. Our website is not designed to appeal to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
