Website and logo design for security companies

We no longer build websites or design logos. We ran that service for years alongside the templates, and closed it to concentrate on the one thing we do best — the documents a security company runs on. This page is here because people still arrive looking for it, and it is better to say so plainly than to leave an order form up for something you cannot buy.

What follows is what we would tell you if you called and asked.

What a security company website actually needs

Very little, and far less than most agencies will sell you. Prospective clients are not browsing — they have been given your name, and they are checking that you exist and look like a real company. That means:

Any of the mainstream site builders will do this, and will cost you a fraction of a custom build. If you want a logo, a freelance designer will produce one for less than an agency package.

What we do still sell

The paperwork. Service agreements for each type of work, a standard operating procedures manual, an employee handbook, post orders, HR and hiring forms, field reports, and the proposals and invoice forms that go with them — all carrying bracketed placeholders for your own company details.

It is the harder half of the job, and unlike a website it is the part a client, an auditor or an attorney will actually read.

The software and services we do recommend for a new company — guard management, scheduling, background checks, formation, insurance, payroll and accounting — are listed on our tools page, with the questions worth asking before you buy any of them.

Professionally prepared templates, not legal advice. Requirements vary by state — have an attorney review before use.
