“With increasing competition from many new security contractors, potential clients turn their attention to budget and the ease of obtaining their requested services. Business processes evolve in response to customer, industry and market demands; in that, clients are searching for companies in the search engines, gathering quotes and presenting them to their managers for a hiring/contract decision.

A recent client of mine told me that she made the decision to hire my company based upon the fact that I responded immediately with a quote and my paperwork was squared away. In one email, she was able to receive my quote, sign my contract and provide a credit card authorization to move forward with my services. The entire process took less than 5 minutes.

With our new “All in One” Quote-Invoice-Contract-Credit Card Authorization Form”, you are streamlining the process of providing a quote and giving the client the ability to hire your company on the spot.
